We loved our cycle through the villages, learning about the ‘Mountains’ the wildlife, the Vineyards and the culture. We would highly recommend this if your in Salou and looking for something with a bit of culture and a day away from being the tourist.

Knowledgeable guides Manfred and Katherin looked after us really well, good pick ups a 5 minute walk from our hotel then 20 mins or so drive to the mountains to choose... read more out bikes and gear. Several cycling stages with water breaks, mostly downhill on good tarmac roads that you take at your own pace, through villages and scenic areas. Really good fun with a lot of laughs too.

Fizemos o passeio de bike em família, com duas crianças (8 e 10 anos). Foi excelente, belas paisagens, pessoas gentis… Recomendo.

This was our 7th time doing downhill bikes. It's so much fun, informative and friendly. We love it.
