Thank you Rob & Mandy!
Rob and Mandy have decided to hand over the reigns of this great excursion company to us, Kathrin and Manfred. The transition is now complete and Rob has made his, at the moment, last tour as guide with us yesterday. And what a marvellous tour it was!
In the last few weeks he shared with us all his experience and knowledge about the routes, the land and the people. As we do share his enthusiasm for being out in nature on a bike, interacting with locals and the historie and the culture of this unique region. We are grateful to now follow his footsteps and to continue to let our customer experience the beauty of this outstanding area in the fun and easy way of downhill gliding.
Thanks also to Mandy! She has been the guiding hand behind the scene. Her talent for organizing the required bureaucracy, managing the bookings and keeping everybody informed was another pillar of the success of the company. And the systems she put in place make it easy for us now to keep operating efficiently.
And another great news is: Ian, Phil and Richie will continue with us as tour guides. There detication to customer satisfaction, knowledge of the land and culture and their engaging way of communicating have been a great part of the success of our company. With their help we are sure we will continue to be the number 1 ranked acitivity of the Costa Dorada.
We hope you will join us soon to escape the commercial bubble on one of our outstanding tours. Whether it is our regular half day tour or the Grape Escape. For us it is most important that you enjoy yourself and have a lot of fun!
